No, the MTM is a subscription service, so we don’t sell reports individually.
Subscription rates can vary depending on the size of the organization and the scope of the use. The MTM rates are set to cover the cost of the service for subscribers and are subject to change. For a quote please contact us by phone or email.
No, we only sell the MTM as an annual subscription service.
With your MTM subscription you get unlimited access to the MTM Portal including the Data Analysis Tool which houses three years of data, the Trending Tool, and the Forecasting Tool. You also get access to all of our reports and infographic releases.
The MTM does not typically include personalized questions as part of its current subscription service. That being said, it is extremely important to us that we are able to provide data on all relevant areas of media and technology. If you have a question or a topic area that is of interest to you, there is a chance that it’s also of interest to others, so please let us know, and perhaps we can add it to our next survey.
There are a few ways of figuring out whether the MTM includes a specific question or topic.
If you need some help getting data that you want, just let our team know. We’ll either show you how to get what you need from the Portal or we can do our best to get you the information you’re looking for.
If you have a company-wide password, you won’t have the functionality to save. In order to save your preferred settings you will need to create a personalized username and password by sending an email to mtm.otm@radio-canada.ca. A personalized password will be created for you and sent to you by email.
Once you’ve requested and received your personalized password (see above question if you still require a personal password) you can go to the login section at the top right corner of your screen, and enter your personal login to access your saved settings. When you logout you’ll return to your original IP authenticated status.
Click on the ‘Login’ tab at the top right corner of your screen, select ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the instructions to reset your password.
The MTM is a paid subscription service and full reports are only available to clients. As a non-subscriber you do, however, have full access to the free sneak peak reports that are produced twice a year. If you are already a client and cannot view the full reports, you may just have to log in again.
